At ABA Services Group, those individuals we support are not clients, not persons served, not consumers. The people we support are individuals with specific needs, wants and desires within their own lives and this value must be respected while offering support.

Each employee will perform their duties knowing that each individual we support requires a different level of care and has different interests. Understanding that they are an instrument of support to each individual is imperative in establishing a home that fosters our values.
